Pastoral Care
A reminder that starting in February, 2011 all names will be taken off the prayer list at the end of every month. To add names to the prayer list, please contact the Parish Office or any of the Eucharistic Visitors.
Pastoral care at Trinity consists of the following ministries:

Taking Eucharist to those who cannot be with us on Sunday's.

Mailing Forward Day by Day and special publications to seniors and shut-ins.

Administering a Telephone Tree to notify parishioners of funerals

Distributing flowers from the altar each Sunday.

Maintaining our Forward Day by Day subscriptions, the tract rack and special publications.

Maintaining a list of emergency contacts for members of our parish who live alone.
We have several licensed Eucharistic Visitors who's primary ministry is to provide Eucharist for our shut-ins and others. Several members of our parish come with us when we make our visits and we have found our shut-ins and others really enjoy this.
